JINYA's Sushi Team Members are: friendly, energetic, and the heart of the JINYA brand. Sushi Chefs support Kitchen Managers and play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction through perfect plate execution.
Responsibilities:
Handles wide range of raw fish and other ingredients.
Manages food stock and works with an attention to detail to fulfil all orders within quality standards.
Prepares food items according to the recipe or instructions provided.
Complies with our exceptional standard for food handling and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications:
2 years of sushi and kitchen experience
A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
