Hatsuhana Hawaii is a Japanese restaurant established in the Hilton Hawaiian Village in 1983.
We are located in the Rainbow Bazaar next to the ABC store.
We are looking for sushi helper part-time- ($17 plus tips)
2-3 days per week.
Lunch or Dinner.
Responsibilities:
Assist Sushi chef
Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
Check freshness and quality of ingredients
Standardize recipes and plate presentations
Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Shikomi (sushi preparation), sushi rice and sushi roll
