The Coffee Shack is a busy breakfast and lunch restaurant in Captain Cook. Catering to locals and tourists for many years. As a dishwasher your job duties will be:
1. Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
2. Ensuring that all dishes are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
3. Sorting and organizing clean dishes and kitchen utensils for efficient storage.
4. Assisting with kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and maintaining a clean work area.
5. Emptying trash and recycling bins as needed.
6. Supporting kitchen staff with various tasks as required.
7. Following proper sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean and safe environment.
8. Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
9. Adhering to company policies and procedures related to food safety and cleanliness.
10. Working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet the demands of a busy restaurant.
