Three's Bar and Grill is looking for an EVENING SOUS CHEF 2pm - 11pm
The PM sous chef oversees all aspects of the kitchen operation. They are responsible for accomplishing prep quality for the restaurant, requisitioning of orders, unifying and leading the BOH staff, food cost controls, cleanliness protocols and labor maintenance. In addition, the sous chef works in concert with the executive chef to train, retain and inspire BOH staff. The Sous Chef reports directly to the Executive Chef.
