Shaka Tours Maui is one of the island’s fastest-growing tour companies, known for our open-air safari-style shuttles and laid-back island vibe. Our guests experience Maui’s beauty with the wind in their hair, sunshine on their faces, and unforgettable stories along the way.
We’ve built an incredible reputation on Maui’s west side — and now we’re expanding to new regions of the island, offering more tours, more vehicles, and more opportunities for awesome driver-guides to join our ʻohana.
What You’ll Do
Drive guests safely in our open-air Shaka Shuttle vehicles (8–14 passengers). No special license required. Just need to be a good driver.
Bring Maui’s history, legends, and landscapes to life with engaging narration.
Make every tour feel like an adventure with friends — relaxed, educational, and fun.
Assist guests with boarding, photos, and anything else to make their day special.
Represent the Shaka brand with aloha, positivity, and professionalism.

Tour or hospitality experience is required.
Requirements
Valid Hawaiʻi driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
PUC & DOT driver certification or ability to obtain one (we’ll help you through it).
Flexible schedule (mornings and afternoons).
