We are urgently hiring friendly, reliable, customer-focused team members for a role that involves constant customer interaction and engagement.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Greet and engage customers with a positive, welcoming attitude
Guide customers through building their own poke bowls
Answer menu questions and provide recommendations
Operate POS system and handle cash, debit, and credit transactions
Maintain a clean, organized counter and service area
Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
Qualifications:
Customer service or cashier experience preferred
Kitchen experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with frequent customer interaction
Basic math skills and POS familiarity
Able to stand for long periods and work 12-hour shifts
Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain)
