Select Valet is a premier valet parking service provider in Honolulu, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and efficient parking solutions. We are expanding our team and are seeking a dedicated and experienced Valet Parking Supervisor to lead and oversee valet operations.
Job Description:
As a Valet Parking Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily valet operations, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining smooth and efficient workflows. Your role will involve supervising valet attendants, coordinating with clients, and addressing any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage valet attendants to ensure efficient and courteous service.
Coordinate parking operations and monitor the flow of vehicles.
Train new valet attendants and provide ongoing coaching and support.
Ensure the safety and security of vehicles and property.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and parking transactions.
Collaborate with management to optimize staffing and operational procedures.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Assist in scheduling and rostering of valet attendants.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus.
Proven experience in valet parking or a related supervisory role.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proficiency in using valet management software is an advantage.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
