New pop-up hiring a chef/head of kitchen (no formal experience necessary). The role will begin as part-time and transition to full-time if our pop-up is successful.

-Loves cooking. Responsible for owning all kitchen processings.
-Formal experience is not necessary, but the ability to make great food is.
-A growth mindset. Eager to learn new skills and apply them in real-time.
-Understanding of the Honolulu food scene. Lived on Oahu for at least a year.
-Confidence without attitude.
-Food is plant-based (vegan). If you have experience, great. If not, willingness to learn.
