We are seeking an outgoing, and motivated Client Engagement & Promotions Coordinator to represent White Protea Hawaii across our venue, events, and plant services. This role blends guest relations with promotional outreach, ensuring every client feels welcomed while also introducing the full range of experiences we offer.
Responsibilities:
Share and promote our weddings, retreats, pop-ups, and venue offerings
Welcome and engage with clients, guests, and community partners
Represent White Protea Hawaii at events, site visits, and in the community
Build meaningful connections and foster lasting client relationships
Qualifications:
Professional appearance with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, polished, and confident presence
Passion for events, weddings, hospitality, and design
Reliable transportation and willingness to work in the field
Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
