I’m Kelsey, I’m 39, I live in HPP, and I’m looking for a female caregiver.
My available shifts include:
Friday PM
Saturday PM
Sunday AM&PM
might have more weekday shifts available
My mornings are generally 7:30/8:00 AM to 1:30/2:00 PM and my evenings are usually 7:30-10:30 PM
I’m a C6 quadriplegic, so I don’t have function or sensation from the chest down and I don’t have hand function.
My cares consist of range of motion/workouts, dressing, toileting, bathing, cooking, cleaning, and the occasional trip to the grocery store or post office, or other random outings.
I have a sweet little wiener dog named Smokey, so I need help walking and feeding him, meal prep, etc
I’m looking for someone kind, efficient, smart, reliable and honest. This is the type of job where I really need someone who I can rely on and trust. I truly believe care work is a holistic thing and that this is a relationship, not just a transaction. It’s important to me that my caregivers feel valued and respected and that I feel the same. I do live with one of my caregivers, but she needs her time off too:) However, we are a team, so don't be afraid of communicating in that way.
