BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for compassionate caregivers (also known as Habilitation Technicians or Direct Support Professionals) to join our team and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.
This is a rewarding opportunity for those who are passionate about helping people with disabilities achieve their goals and live their best lives. No experience required!
How you'll make an impact:
Build lasting relationships in a one-on-one setting a few hours a week Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities, like Special Olympics.Support clients in developing their independence and achieving their goals (e.g., budgeting, shopping, using public transportation, exercise)Accompany clients on errands and appointmentsAssist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparationEnsuring client safety and well-being
Compensation and Schedule:
Weekly pay; $17.00 and up based on experience
