WE HAVE A NEED TO FILL POSITIONS FOR CAREGIVERS AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS, (AS AN IN-HOME CARE AIDE AND HOMEMAKER), WHO ARE EITHER A CNA, AN HHA, OR PCA. EXCELLENT PAY YOU MUST BE CURRENTLY LIVING ON THE BIG ISLAND OF HAWAII.
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE AT LEAST TWO YEARS OF FORMAL CAREGIVING TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, INSURANCE, AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK, TB CLEARANCE, HAVE CURRENT BLS, AND 1ST AID CERTIFIED IS REQUIRED.
LOCATIONS: ACROSS THE BIG ISLAND: HILO, KEA'AU, PAHOA, MTN. VIEW, VOLCANO, CPT. COOK, KONA, KAMUELA, WAIMEA, WAIKOLOA, & SURROUNDING AREAS.
As a caregiver, you’ll build relationships, improve the quality of life and serve elderly in need of love and care. Your goal will be to help individuals enjoy life by helping them perform their simple daily functions; meal prep, light exercise, local transportation, social interactions and housekeeping. Your compassion and diligence as a caregiver will bring joy into the lives of the clients you work with and help them feel encouraged, involved and loved.

Elder care
Alzheimer/Dementia Care
Medication reminders
Assisting with walks
Healthy Meal preparation
Shower assistance/ Personal Hygiene
Bathroom assistance
Grooming
Companionship
Mental activities
Conversation and Companionship
Assistance with R.O.M and Mobility Exercises if needed
Experience with Hoyer/hydraulic/manual pump lift
Daily Reporting-ADL's
Provide assisted transportation if needed.
EXPERIENCE:
We are looking for highly qualified, trustworthy, attentive, and compassionate caregivers to help assist our clients with their activities of daily living, with dignity and safety in mind while in their own homes. The ability to transfer with ease, use a gait belt, and lift 50 pounds easily. Minimum of 2 years experience.
Our assignments vary from hourly up to 24 hour care. Therefore; we are looking for caregivers who can be flexible if needed and willing to travel. Candidates must be able to demonstrate care giving skills, and provide references. Have a strong work ethic, and be reliable.
