What You’ll Do:
As a Dental Assistant, you’ll work closely with our board-certified periodontists, assisting
them in diagnosis, prevention, and treatment within the field of periodontology and
implantology. Your responsibilities will include:
-Setting up and breaking down surgical rooms for procedures.
-Sterilizing instruments to ensure a safe clinical environment.
-Managing essential inventory for smooth operations.
-Assisting with clinical data collection, including taking PAs, CBCTs, and intraoral scans
(training provided if needed).
Who We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, we’re seeking someone with:
-At least 1 year of dental assisting experience (periodontal experience is a bonus, but
we’re happy to train you on our specialty techniques).
-Strong verbal communication skills to explain and interact effectively with patients and
team members.
-A flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to our training, clinical style, and practice
software (Dentrix).
-The ability to provide three personal references and verify previous employment history.
What We Offer:
-Competitive pay based on experience: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
-Full-time position (30–40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm (closed
Thursdays).
