This specific client lives in Kailua and needs care from someone with experience in Dementia and Parkinsons:
8 or 12-hour shifts (day shifts to start) 7 days a week
Hoyer experience is a MUST
Will only accept experienced and consistent caregivers
Dementia/Parkinsons experience
Responsibilities:
Providing personal care as well as companionship
Running errands and assisting with activities with daily living/ Driver's License a plus but not needed.
Bathing, Dressing, Grooming
Transferring
Range of motion of exercises
Assisting Ambulation (wheelchair walker or cane)
Incontinence care
Checking vital signs
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
