Seeking a full-time Ophthalmic Assistant / Patient Service Representative:
Ophthalmic Assistant:
- Take medical histories from patients
- Check vision and eye pressure
- Imaging tests using various machines and instruments
- May involve some traveling
We will cross train the individual to do administrative duties, as this is a large part of our weekly tasks (phones,
faxes, schedule appointments, patient chart preparation)
Patient Service Representative:
- Answering telephone
- Checking in and checking out patients
- Schedule appointments for multiple Drs.
- Check and send faxes
- Provide excellent customer service
Must have background with excellent computer, phone, verbal and written skills. Medical experience preferred, but, willing to train.
