FLOAT NURSE AIDE

Our FLOAT Nurse Aide position is designed to ensure that each and every one of our clients receive the care they need, even when emergencies happen. This elite group of FLOATERS are our on-call emergency response, providing care for clients when their ongoing caregivers cannot be there.
FLOATS work closely with the administrative team to support the entire Wilson family. This position develops leaders in caring, with potential for future opportunities of growth.
POSITION DETAILS:
- Full-time Position, up to 40 hours per week, ON CALL.
- Guaranteed a base compensation of $600 per week, for 40 hours or less of work.
- Set Schedule Options:
1.) 5 DAY (Monday - Friday)
2.) 4 DAY(Build your own schedule)
POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Evidence of training, certification, and/or 6+ months of patient care experience.
- A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation throughout the entire island of Oahu.
- Current TB Clearance.
- Current CPR and First Aid Certifications.
- Ability to work as part of a TEAM to achieve the Company's mission and vision.
- Desire to gain experience providing all levels of Nurse Aide Care.
- ON CALL availability that meets one of the set schedule options.
FLOAT NURSE AIDE JOB DUTIES:
- All personal care
- Companionship
- Client errands support
- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADL's)
- Any and all duties related to homecare needs...
