Position Overview
We seek a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our team in Honolulu, HI. This on-site role involves:
Greeting and checking in patients
Verifying insurance and eligibility
Assisting with examination and treatment room preparation
Scheduling appointments/managing patient records
Handling insurance pre-authorizations and treatment plans
The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, and reliable. While experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous, we are willing to train the right individual.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Experience in managing patient records and scheduling appointments
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
Experience with chiropractic software such as ChiroTouch is a plus
