CNA,OT,PT, or LPN needed for 78 year old stroke patient. Need to be able to transfer patient, shower, provide companionship, play chess and or cribbage, do minor physical therapy, sometimes enema, take outside to play, help with meals and cleaning up. Will have a call button in your room in case help is needed at night. Hours are varied but generally consists of 8:30 am - 12: 45 pm and again at 4 pm- 7 pm, Friday evening thru Tuesday morning. Generally will be off after 12;45 on Tuesday till 4 pm Friday. There will be exceptions according to doctors appts etc. Compensation is $500 week for experienced caregiver cash plus room with private bathroom and some meals. Will consider untrained at $300 week after 2 weeks training, then raises according to performance. Live in Pukalani. Must be bondable and pass security check.
