Seeking LIVE-IN Compassionate, Patient & Experienced Caregiver/Companion for our 87 year old mother who is a retired R.N. from Hilo Hospital and Queen’s Medical Center. She has DEMENTIA, is a FALL RISK and requires a WHEELCHAIR. Candidate must have experience with Dementia and be able and willing to gently assist her with ADL’s including TRANSFERRING her in and out of wheelchair to commode, sofa, shower chair and car, etc. She will be incontinent and requires frequent, Gentle assistance with personal hygiene, Showering and Dressing. Engage her in PT exercises and activities including embroidery, conversation, favorite music & TV shows.Transportation is required for occasional appointments. Other duties include Meal Preparation, Laundry and Light Housekeeping.
