We are seeking a compassionate and reliable live-in helper for my 85-year old mother in Salt Lake area. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a stable living situation in exchange for helping with day-to-day needs.
The ideal candidate would be:
- Kind and patient with the elderly.
- A non-smoker.
- Comfortable with interacting with elderly
Responsibilities include:
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Help with personal care, such as dressing and hygiene.
- Medication reminders and companionship.
- Occasional grocery shopping and errands.
- Driving to doctors appointments
Compensation includes:
- A private bedroom and private bathroom.
- All utilities (water, electricity, internet).
- Rent-free living in a comfortable, clean home.
- A monthly stipend of $4,000.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a caregiver or excellent references.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
- Reliable transportation is helpful but not required.
- Background check will be conducted.
