Medical Assistant Wanted – Waimea Primary Care (Waimea, Hawaiʻi)
Waimea Primary Care, a full-spectrum family practice located in beautiful Waimea (Hawaiʻi Island, 96743), is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our warm and dedicated team. We are only considering Hawai'i Island applicants at this time.
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday
8:00a - 5:00p
Pay:
$22–$27 starting per hour, depending on experience and certifications

Duties and Responsibilities
- Check-in patients and take vitals
- Assist with in-office procedures and exams (injections, prior authorizations, travel)
- Maintain accurate and timely charting in the EMR
- Support providers and clinic staff with patient flow and clinical coordination
- Prepare labs, manage inventory, and ensure a clean, efficient workspace
What We’re Looking For:
Experience as a Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfort working in a busy, collaborative clinic environment
Passion for community-based healthcare
