Primary care office in Hilo, Hawai'i, seeking a Medical/Back Office Assistant to assist in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of physician. Prepares medical charts, interviews patients, takes patients history, measures vital signs, scribes for physician and records/inputs information to patients electronic medical record. Prepares treatment rooms for examination. Cleans and sterilizes instruments. Performs other duties as assigned. Requires knowledge of clinical standards, practices and procedures and 2 or more years of experience as a Medical Assistant. Minimum education is a high school diploma. Hourly full-time position of 35-40 hours per week with medical benefits and paid time off. $15.00-$17.50 depending upon experience and skills. If interested and qualified, please send resume.
