DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
Greet patients and bring patients back to the treatment room
Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Take digital dental radiographs
Updating patient's medical history and taking blood pressure and pulse
Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
Helping patients feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment
Providing patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
Taking impressions of patients' teeth for study casts, digital and traditional impression material
Breakdown and sterilizing operatories between patients
Scheduling patients next appointment where applicable
Charting for the dentist and the hygienists where applicable
Cleaning the offices as instructed
