We are seeking a friendly and reliable candidate with excellent communication skills to fill our part-time Receptionist position. This entry level position is perfect for a high school or college student to gain costumer service experience after school hours. This position is a great way to get started in the healthcare setting with many opportunities for growth within the nursing and therapeutic field. If you have a positive attitude and a desire to serve others, we want you on our team.
Duties include, performing clerical support in an efficient manner, in accordance with established procedures and as directed by the Department Manager or designee. Effectively operates the facilty multi-line phone and overhead paging systems. The Receptionist creates the first impression for all visitors and guests in person and over the phone.
One Part-Time position available:
Sundays - 8 am - 8 pm
Thursdays & Fridays - 4 pm to 8:30 pm
Qualifications:
High School or Equivalent preferred
Outstanding communication (verbal and written) required
Ability to remain calm and professional in all work related situations
Computer and office skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
