BAYADA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and individuals willing to train to become RBTs for full and part-time roles on Big Island.

Compensation: Weekly; $25-32 based on experience

Responsibilities

Work directly with clients and follow the established service plan.

Establish and maintain relationships with clients, families and school staff. Respect the values, thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes of families and school staff.

Implement behavior therapy techniques.

Document interventions and progress towards goals

Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan.

Provide training, instruction, and assistance to help the client acquire and maintain skills and to help meet identified goals.

Provide training and/or support to the client in interpersonal skills, the development and maintenance of personal relationships, and in living in their community.

Qualifications

Required: Be at least 18 years of age

Required: Minimum High-School Diploma or GED

Preferred: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certified

Preferred:One year experience working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities

No experience? Paid training programs are available. (See below)
