Job Summary:
Po'ailani, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Registered Nurse in a pleasant community setting with flexible hours.
Qualifications:
Minimum Associates Degree in Nursing
Applicants must have a Registered Nurse License
Nursing experience preferred including psychiatric experience. Willing to train.
Must pass a criminal background check
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Services provided by the Registered Nurse include but are not limited to the following:
Working with individuals with severe mental illness and substance use disorders in a Licensed Dual Diagnosis Residential Treatment program
Assessing patients medical and psychiatric needs
Referring to community providers as needed
Following up with community providers recommendations
Leading a weekly medication management group
Working closely with para-professional staff to monitor patients’ medications
Excellent computer skills a must, in addition to having experience with Word and Excel programs
Other duties as necessary
On-going training is provided
