Wilson Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager Lead to join our growing team in our brand-new office! This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead a team of case managers to deliver exceptional care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor compliance with care standards, policies, and regulations.
Act as a primary resource and mentor for team members.
Manage client cases, ensuring their needs are met with the highest quality of care.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Hawaii.
Minimum of 3 years of case management experience.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional care and leading a team.
