Maui Bridges, a provider for medicaid waiver services, offering a $250 sign on bonus! For Direct Service Workers (DSW) to work with adult clients with special needs in both a home and community settings. Successful candidate will work either direct 1:1 and/or as part of a 2:1 person team, with adequate supports. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. We train, pay mileage reimbursement and offer benefits plus paid time off opportunities.
