Position Overview:

As a Physical Therapist at Venture Physical Therapy, you will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and industrial rehab needs. You’ll work with state-of-the-art equipment like the Alter-G Gravity Assisted Treadmill, an EKSO exoskeleton used for ambulation, Aquatic Therapy, and diagnostic ultrasound, while providing on-site therapy for businesses to help reduce workers’ compensation costs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

- Utilize advanced equipment to maximize patient outcomes.

- Educate patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.

- Collaborate with local organizations to expand community services.

Qualifications:

- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.

- Licensed Physical Therapist in Hawaii.

- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
