Pay range: $22.00 - $25.00 an hour - Depending on Experience

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Audits and processes all New Hire paperwork, ensuring that all forms are complete, accurate and approved prior to the applicant starting work, including the pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
Update the HRIS system with new hires, pay changes, transfers, etc.
Conducts all post-hire I-9 checks using the Homeland Security E-Verify program.
Responsible for processing all verifications of employment based on information in the HRIS system.
Manage the Step Rate program: the wage administration and appraisal system of hourly employees across the company.
Maintain the Personnel Requisition files, update and publish the weekly job posting (also posted on the Odom website and OdomNet intranet).
Updates monthly headcount report.
Audits all of the insurance bills and drug test bills, reviewing for billing accuracy, codes, and advances for payment. Resolves discrepancies with carriers, payroll, and the company.
Maintains accurate records of DOT licenses and Medical Certificates by tracking expiration dates of reminding supervisors.
Administers the Service Awards program and orders all brochures and pins in the fall for the distribution to eligible employees.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization and the general public.
