Is looking for dedicated installation technicians and helpers.
You must meet this type of experience and credentials to apply for this job:
-Have at least 3 years of experience in the installation of garage doors. Experience in the construction industry is also valued, as well as having layout and measurement skills. Steel work or commercial steel building construction skills preferred.
-Follow instructions 100%, being able to understand installation instructions for garage doors and related electrical/mechanical equipment.
-Be a legal US resident with a work permit, green card, or US citizen status.
-Have a clean driving record and be a drug-free candidate (we do drug testing)
-Have excellent communication skills and an excellent customer service attitude
-Be computer literate and able to use a phone time tracking app to clock in and out daily, with each job description + progress images.
-Have your own set of hand tools and small power tools for daily use.
-The company truck could be delivered to the appropriate responsible employee.
-Work schedule: 8 am to 4 pm (40 hrs per week) We provide health insurance and PTO after 2 months.
-Pay is on the books based on experience and performance.
-Monthly bonuses for top performing employees will be considered after the trial period (2 months).
