The Opportunity
Alpha Inc. is seeking a diligent Heavy Civil Laborer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for the successful execution of various civil construction projects, directly contributing to the infrastructure development efforts at Alpha Inc.
The Heavy Civil Laborer will perform tasks that support construction operations, working collaboratively with the site team to achieve project objectives. This position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale projects that shape communities, providing a unique and rewarding work experience.

What You Will Do
-Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring safety and efficiency.
-Operate hand and power tools to perform construction tasks as directed.
-Load and unload construction materials and move them to work areas.
-Support skilled tradespersons with labor-intensive tasks.
-Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
-Report any hazards, incidents, or injuries to the site supervisor immediately.
What You Bring
-Previous experience in heavy civil preferred.
-Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
-Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
-Strong teamwork and communication skills.
-Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations.
-Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
-Preferred Skills & Experience
-Experience operating heavy machinery
-Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and practices
-Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
-Familiarity with tools and equipment used in heavy civil construction
-Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
-Understanding of basic math calculations for measuring and material estimation
-Experience working in a team environment
-Good communication skills
