Looking for an individual that has some past construction experience, is looking to expand themselves in the industry and works hard.
A few personal requirements:
- Honesty
- Understand that a workweek is 5 days a week.
- No felonies
- Valid drivers license
- Look at construction industry as a career, not a paycheck because you don't have any other opportunity.
Job is for a general contractor that is in the middle of a few projects that range from complete renovations to upgrades. The individual will be exposed to multiple trades and skill sets. Most work is generally performed in house. The next 6 months would be a crash course in almost everything from ground up to finish. The right individual could have an immense opportunity to be exposed to alot of different things they might not get from another construction job. This will not be easy, but could be very rewarding long term.
Must be physically fit, capable of learning and following directions. Should have some background in construction. Please do not apply because you are in a different industry and can't find work. Believe me, you couldn't make it a day in this job. This is hard work and will be both physically and mentally challenging. If you have soft hands, this job does not supply lotion.
Pay will start at $25-30/hr. Pay can progress as skill is developed. Bonuses can happen if performance occurs. Job is entirely about accomplishing goals on a daily basis.
This can be a great opportunity for the right individual.
