808 Towing is an independent towing company that operates 24/7, 365 days a year. Battery Technician's are vital in our towing, roadside assistance, emergency response, and breakdown services. Applicant must be available to work nights and weekends.
DUTIES:
- Provide exemplary roadside assistance in a safe and professional manner
- Work with a sense of urgency and be able to navigate challenging situations
- Have a desire to educate, service and install batteries as requested by customers.
- Maintain personal appearance including uniforms in compliance with company standards
-Arrive to work on-time, ready for duty when shift starts
- Consistently ensure quality service through professionalism and communication.
- Abide by all Federal, State, and Municipal laws, rules, and ordinances
- Submit accurate invoices and appropriate payment at end of shift daily
- Constant communication with dispatch personnel
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Hawaii Driver's License
- Complete background check
- Pass a pre-employment physical including drug screening
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and organized persona
- Strong Communication Skills
- Must have a "Can Do Attitude"
- Must be willing to think "Outside the Box"
Starting Pay: $24.00/Hourly ($22.00/hr training) and up, depending on experience.+ Commission on Battery Sales
