Location: Kailua (Travel for work required)
Position Summary:
Join our growing team at K&C Marine as a Shop Helper and Boat Worker. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about marine craftsmanship or ready to learn how to maintain the beauty and functionality of boats and yachts. As a Shop Helper and Boat Worker, you will be involved in various tasks to prepare boat surfaces for painting, ensuring they are in top condition. Learning and preforming various tasks on boats in water and on land.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions and communicate effectively with co-workers
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures
- Prepare, clean, and tape all job sites
- Remove old paint coating when necessary
- Assist with moving materials around job sites
Operating Responsibilities:
- Exercise sound judgment and comply with policies and procedures
- Work in a team environment to achieve team goals
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Effective communication and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects
- Attention to detail and customer-oriented approach
- Must pass a background check
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Sit, talk, hear, walk, and lift as needed
- Use hands to handle materials and climb ladders
- Stand, walk on various surfaces, and adjust focus as required
