1) Maintenance Technician: Downtown, Honolulu (OAHU): This opening is at a multistory office building in downtown Oahu. Candidates will be expected to complete work orders, and have proficiency in either plumbing or HVAC. Candidates are expected to have a mechanical aptitude and prior maintenance experience.
A) Maintenance Tech
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 7a - 3:30p.
- Pay range: $20/per hour
B) Maintenance Tech
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 7a - 3:30p.
- Pay range: $20.80/per hour
2) Utility Technician: Downtown, Honolulu (OAHU): This opening is at a multistory office building in downtown Oahu. Candidates will be expected to complete work orders, and have proficiency in either plumbing or HVAC. Candidates are expected to have a mechanical aptitude and prior maintenance experience.
- Schedule: Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri, 8a - 4:30p.
- Pay range: $25/per hour
3) Maintenance Technician - Kaka'ako, OAHU: This opening is at a residential/condominium building. Candidates will be expected to complete work orders, and perform basic janitorial duties as well.
- Schedule: Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri/Sat; 7a - 3:30p
- Pay range: $22/per hour
4) Maintenance Technician - Waikiki, OAHU: This opening is at a large retail shopping center. Candidates will be expected to complete work orders, and have proficiency in either plumbing or HVAC. Candidates are expected to have a mechanical aptitude and prior maintenance experience.
(employee training from 7am-3:30pm)
- Schedule: Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri/Sat; 1pm- 9pm
- Pay range: $24.09/per hour
