Job description
This position will support the maintenance department in a variety of tasks on the residential property. Working directly with the technicians or alone, the cleaner/laborer will perform cleaning duties within the buildings and on the grounds, assist with heavy work in moving items, handle pressure washing, and perform other physically challenging duties. The laborer will also run errands, help keeping track of the shop supply room inventory, and assist with prepping for work in the field, among other related duties.
