We’re looking for someone hardworking, punctual, and with great communication skills to join our eco-friendly cleaning team. No cleaning experience is required—just a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Position: Cleaning Assistant
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Typical Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM
Location: Maui, HI
Requirements:
Must have your own reliable vehicle
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be a valid U.S. citizen
Must be able to work well with others and communicate effectively
Pay & Training:
Starting Pay: $15/hour for your first week (training period)
After training, your hourly rate will be discussed based on performance
Pay range after training typically falls between $19–$23/hour
Quarterly reviews with opportunities for raises
Drive time is paid (clock in at your first house, clock out after your last)
