We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented day time Property Cleaning Inspector on the West Side. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Visit and inspect units after cleaning
Check the quality of work and ensure units meet company standards
Take photos and document any issues
Report problems or areas that need improvement
Communicate with cleaners and management when necessary
Requirements:
Must have your own transportation
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable using a smartphone for photos and checklists
Some experience with cleaning, hospitality, property management, or inspection preferred (Training will be provided)
Compensation: Based on experience
