Residential Remodeling Contractor is looking for SEMI-SKILLED LABORER / HELPER to assist in remodeling houses; room addition.
MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Assist skilled workers in: Framing, drywalling; plumbing; painting; tiles; etc.
- Digging trenches for foundation footing
- Help load and unload construction materials from truck
- Maintain work area/job site clean daily
- Clean and put away tools in proper location daily
- Organize tools and materials daily
REQUIREMENTS:
- Willing to work in residential construction environment
- Willing to learn by listening to skilled worker
- Residential Construction experience is a plus
- Ability to carry materials and tools, weighing up to 90lbs.
- Team player
- Knowledge and safety use of power tools and hand tools is a plus, but not required, we will train
- Must have reliable transportation
