We are a licensed General Contractor looking for a carpenters helper. We do primarily interior remodeling with some exterior work occasionally. We offer full company paid medical insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation after the first year and 3 weeks paid vacation after 5 years. We have a great work environment with two shops in Lahaina. We are looking for a person that is a team player that gets along with and works well with others! We only work on the west side. There is definite room for advancement with experience. This will be like an internship, we will be teaching and training you in all facets of the remodeling field.
We would like you to have a:
High school diploma or equivalent
It would be good if you had some experience in the construction field (But not required) we will train.
Valid driver license, transportation and automobile insurance
Position will require intermittent standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying (light to heavy weight material/equipment), climbing ladders/stairs
The position is preferably full-time, Monday to Friday, and occasionally on the weekends. We are looking for individuals who can work their scheduled hours plus other hours necessary to complete the job. This is a above board position and will be required to be on payroll, no cash position available!
