Location – Hawaii State Teachers Association (HSTA) - Honolulu, HI
Days/Hours - Monday - Friday (days vary). Some weekends.
Evening Shift (2 hrs. a day)
Rate of Pay: $25 per hr.

Probationary Period: 3-6 month probationary period.
Description
Seeking a full-service custodian that can perform basic janitorial duties.
Duties include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, kitchen, conference rooms, hallways, individual offices, and public areas.
Other duties include high dusting, periodic stripping and waxing floors, carpet cleaning and shampooing, power washing sidewalks and parking lot.
Physical requirements include but are not limited to the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs., pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, standing, and ability to walk up and down stairwells.
· Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred.
· Ability to operate basic machinery preferred.
· Familiar with cleaning public areas and using various cleaning products desired.
· Good communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to maintain a positive attitude and follow instructions.
