Hawaiian Building Maintenance has been providing quality service since 1957. We are one of the largest facility service providers in the State of Hawaii. We currently perform Janitorial Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC and Maintenance Services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Oahu, Kauai, Maui and Big Island. We have a part-time Custodian position in Aina-Haina at an office building. This role requires good communication skills, customer service aptitude, previous janitorial or related experience is a plus and willing to train. Applicants must perform basic manual labor and should be willing to lift/push/pull a minimum of 30lbs (up to 50lbs), be able to routinely bend, squat and stretch throughout their shifts.
Applicants must be able to pass a background check. Any previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus.
Job duties include:
- Sweep, mop, pick up trash, dispose of trash, clean restrooms, use of buffer machine and clean areas.
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday and Saturday: 3pm to 9pm (30 hours a week)
Pay:
$16/per hour
