Responsibilities:
Fulfill orders, prepare and verify shipping documents
Respond to customer needs
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Inventory management, cycle counts
Handle pallet jack, forklift and other tools and equipment Handle loading and unloading operations
Implement safety procedures and standards
Assist customers; will-call, answer phones, problem-solve Assist in other department job duties and
projects as needed
Qualifications
Ability to work autonomously, and as a team; self-motivated
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent problem solving, decision making, and prioritization skills
Proven history of being reliable and dependable
Skilled in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook; basic internet skills
Ability to operate standard office equipment including computers, telephone systems, and copiers
Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with all levels of customers and coworkers is essential; ability to read, write and communicate in English
Ability to contribute to an "Ownership Culture" and understands all decisions have an impact on our business
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Must be able to lift/ move up to 50 lbs., and up to 70 lbs. periodically
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, post-high school education, related experience; or a combination of both preferred
Previous experience in the parts industry; mechanical inclination a plus
Previous operations experience needed; sales experience a plus
Current, valid driver’s license and forklift certification preferred
