Position Summary: Anaina Hou Community Park is seeking a hands-on, dependable individual with solid common sense to join our Operations team. This role supports the setup and teardown of concerts and weekly fireshow events, while also assisting with general site maintenance, including power washing, equipment cleaning, and light construction tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Set up and break down infrastructure for concerts, fireshows, and other campus events.
Support with light construction and general maintenance tasks (painting, minor repairs, etc.).
Perform site beautification tasks such as pressure washing and debris cleanup.
Maintain and clean tools, event gear, and maintenance equipment.
Follow safety guidelines while lifting, moving, and assembling heavy materials and structures.
Assist with other operational needs as required to support campus-wide activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with tools and maintenance equipment preferred.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability are essential.
Basic problem-solving and communication skills.
Team player with a good attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with a team or equipment, as part of event setup and teardown.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor in an outdoor environment.
Must be able to navigate the campus effectively during events and daily operations.

Compensation: Starting at $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
