Napili Village Hotel is seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. This part-time position (16–32 hours per week) focuses on the upkeep and maintenance of our boutique oceanside hotel in Napili. The role is ideal for a tradesperson or someone with previous facility maintenance experience.
Position: Facilities Technician – Part Time (16–32 hrs)
About the Role:The Facilities Technician is responsible for routine maintenance of the hotel’s units, buildings, and grounds. You’ll help ensure the property remains safe, clean, and welcoming for guests. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys problem solving, light repairs, and outdoor work. Tools will be provided by the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the property
-Grounds cleaning and outdoor upkeep
-Pool care and basic water-quality checks
-Minor electrical maintenance
-Basic plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
-Light carpentry and general repairs
-Carpet spot cleaning and minor flooring care
-Support housekeeping and management with maintenance-related needs
-Report safety issues or repair needs promptly
Requirements:
-Reliable transportation to work
-Weekend availability
-Ability to perform physical tasks, lifting, and outdoor work
-Ideal for a tradesperson or someone with facility maintenance experience
-Must provide references
-Must pass a pre-employment drug test
$25 per hour
