KinaʻOle Estate is hiring an experienced Facility Maintenance Worker available to start ASAP.
Pay: $40/hour
Location: Kaneohe & Kailua
Type: Part-time or as-needed
Start Date: Immediate
Requirements:
Previous maintenance experience required
Reliable, independent, and detail-oriented
Must be able to access and respond to emails promptly
Comfortable with general repairs, preventative maintenance, and home upkeep
Must have own transportation (truck preferred for dump runs or occasional moving tasks)
Basic tools also preferred
