Touching the Earth Land Company LLC is the parent company to Touching The Earth Farm and provides payroll and Human Resource Services.

Essential Functions

Work with our team to install, and implement systems to nourish, restore, and maintain the fertility and well-being of the farm using regenerative, natural, and organic practices.

Perform routine groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, weed whacking, tree-trimming, pruning, mulching, chipping, cropping, and composting throughout the 20 acres of various farm spaces, including tree orchards, soil amendment facilities, fence lines, residential properties, and ponds.

Complete routine maintenance tasks, utilizing farm equipment and small hand tools, and track in maintenance logs.

Harvest and process viable products from our soil amendment facility, farm gardens, and tree orchards.

Maintain and upkeep our plant nursery.

Utilize heavy equipment (including skid steer, tractor, chipper, etc.) and power tools (chainsaws, sprayers, plows, etc.) as necessary, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols around maintenance/care of.

Assist and support the farm team on duties as assigned.

Following protocols and procedures, executing task set forth in a timely and reliable manner

Strong interest in sustainable and regenerative agriculture, Korean and indigenous natural farming practices, and horticulture.

Flexibility and willingness to adjust and adapt to the transitional needs of the farm.

Ability to work through inclement weather conditions for long periods, maintaining safety first, keeping properly hydrated, and utilizing protective equipment as necessary.

Someone looking for physically challenging activities and enjoys working outside throughout the year.

Education & Experience

Certificate or Associates in Agronomy (Ag-related) or Agricultural Internship in Horticulture.

3-5 years of equivalent experience in agronomy or related fieldwork.
