Looking for a farm worker to come to our farm in Waiakea Uka (Hoaka Road, near the Waiakea Uka gym), for heavy weed whacking, weed suppression, poisoning, mulching around trees, hauling mulch and wood chips, some chainsawing, and planting. We have 3.5 acres of mostly cleared and maintained land. We need help getting rid of all the invasive weeds and general maintenance. We’d like to have someone come a couple of days per week for a couple of months, and then once a week for the foreseeable future. We can provide all the tools, fuel and poison. Looking to pay $20-$25/hour on an independent contractor (1099) basis. You must be able to provide your social security number and agree to work for our farm as a 1099 independent contractor, and your income will be reported to the IRS.
