Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Field Crew Members to assist with various farm operations. This is a hands-on role that involves planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops, as well as maintaining farm equipment and facilities. Ideal candidates should be team players who are eager to learn and contribute to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting a variety of crops
Maintain field operations, including irrigation and pest management
Operate and maintain farm equipment and tools
Participate in packing and preparing produce for market
Help maintain farm cleanliness and organization
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently
Qualifications:
Passion for sustainable agriculture and farming practices
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical labor
Prior farming or agricultural experience is a plus but not required
